Terms of Service

By accessing or using JennyERP (the "Service") operated by JennyERP Inc. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@jennycrm.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to: (a) violate applicable laws or third-party rights; (b) upload malicious content or infringing intellectual property; (c) reverse engineer the Service; (d) resell access without our written permission; (e) use the Service to spam, scrape competitors, or process restricted goods.

You retain all rights to fabric samples, customer data, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We don't sell your data or train AI models on it without explicit consent.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from /billing. Refunds are pro-rated for annual plans canceled within 14 days. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

New accounts get 14 days free, no credit card required. After trial, you choose a plan or move to read-only Free mode. Data is retained for 90 days after trial expiry.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days; after that, we delete it permanently (except where retained for legal compliance).

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced at /status. We're not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, third-party services like Stripe/OSS).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations — they apply to the extent permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware. EU consumers retain protections under their local law.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
